Borrower InformationThe Borrower Information window displays information about you, including: On Loan Items, Holds Information, and Fines.
To access this information, you must supply your Staff/Student number and family name in the Login screen.
Contains the item due date, item information (such as title) and the status of your On Loan items. You can renew a On Loan item. To do so, click in the Renew? box beside the item and then click the Renew Items button. You can clear your Renew? box by clicking the Reset button.
Please note: If you have overdue books or large fines, you will not be able to place a renewal.
Contains information about items for which you have placed a hold. This section can display 2 list boxes, if they are applicable: Holds Pending and Items Available.
Holds Pending contains the Title of the requested item, the date the request expires (Expiration), and its position in the holding queue (Queue Position).
Items Available informs you if any requested items are available. Items Available contains the Title, the date the availability expires (Expiration), and the location for pickup (Pickup Location).
You can cancel any pending or available hold that displays in the Holds Information section. To cancel a pending or available hold, click in the Cancel? box beside the item and then click the Cancel Holds button. To unselect a Cancel? box, click in the box again. To unselect all of the Cancel? boxes, click the Reset button.
Please note: If you have overdue books or large fines, you will not be able to place a hold.

Contains any fines you have received, with the total amount due listed at the top. Also includes: the Date the charge was assessed or paid, a Title if applicable, the type of charge or payment, how much charged, payments made, and balance.

After you have finished viewing your information, click one of the buttons at the top or bottom of the page to perform another activity.
